A beautiful model home located just a few miles from Lake Perris! Great place to get away from the busy city and disconnect. The sunsets are amazing and the Lake Perris recreation area is well maintained. There is also skydiving, dirt biking, and a host of other activities in the vicinity. The Space: The space itself was sold as a model home, fully decorated and furnished. Since then, the homeowners have decided to make a few upgrades to the space such as upgrading all the mattresses and installing a rec room, fully equipped with a treadmill, bench + free weights, and an air hockey table! Guest Access: Guests will have access to the entire property (besides the garage) Interaction with Guests: I am available for contact 24 hours a day if anything is needed. The Neighborhood: ~ 2 minutes from Perris Auto Speedway ~ 10 minutes from Lake Perris Recreation Area ~ 16 minutes from Skydive Perris ~ 18 minutes from Orange Empire Railway Museum Other Things to Note: Garage is closed off, but there is plenty of street parking!
