The Space: This is the perfect luxury villa for your family or large group. Feel like you are in paradise at your own private resort. Main home features 2 Master Bedrooms and 2 Bedrooms with Queen Beds.

All rooms have In-Suite Bathrooms. Separate Detached cottage/suite features a King Bed, Fully equipped kitchen, In Suite Bathroom, and an AMAZING view of the water and HUGE yachts passing by. This property was originally built by the Truly Nolen owner and why we decided to give it the name “Nautical Nolen” Guest Access: Guests have entire access to home, guest / detached suite, both pools, basically everything! Make yourself at home!

Interaction with Guests: We are professional vacation home managers. We like to give our guests space but we are near by just in case you need anything!

The Neighborhood: The home is located on the South Fort New River with beaches, markets, restaurants, shopping, spas, and nightlife all within a close drive.

Getting Around: We recommend having your own vehicle in the Fort Lauderdale Area. Uber and Lyft are plentiful in our area. Prefer traveling on the water? Pull your boat up right at our dock! We have direct ocean access.
