The Space:
Modern 3-story townhouse with a large open layout on the first floor, 3 bedrooms on the second floor, and a large open loft on the third floor. This home is perfect for traveling executives, business teams, or vacationing families. House rules state no parties, no pets, and no smoking. Violation of house rules results in an automatic loss of deposit. Also, the primary person booking must be 25 years or older.

Guest Access:
Let this be your home away from home. You’ll have access to all three floors. There are two locked closets in the loft bedroom. However, hanging space has been provided for clothing. There is also a locked supply closet on the first floor.
Interaction with Guests:
My co-host Debra is available by telephone or in person during your stay. Her information will be provided prior to check-in. We also have friendly neighbors who may introduce themselves and make themselves available upon our request.
The Neighborhood:
Your home away from home is within 1 mile of the world headquarters of Delta Airlines, the North American headquarters of Porsche Cars and The Porsche Experience Center, the Wells Fargo Operations Center, and only 15 minutes from downtown Atlanta. There are numerous restaurants, pubs, and parks within walking distance of the historic village of Hapeville.
Getting Around:
The East Point Marta Station (Public Transportation) is a 10-minute drive away. Bus Route 95 stop is 2 blocks away. Located at the intersection of interstate highways 85, 75, and 285, there is quick access to the entire Atlanta metropolitan area. Downtown Atlanta and all of its attractions are just a short 20-minute drive away.
Other Things to Note:
We have Apple TV (includes Netflix) and XBox 360. Also, we have an 11 am checkout, but do have a small fee for an extended checkout, which we charge upon request through the resolution center, provided there isn’t a guest scheduled for later the same day. We do not allow smoking. We have wonderful neighbors who support our homestay but don’t like the pests associated with excess trash or illegal activities.
