About the Place
Very bright apartment with five beds, suitable for families and groups of friends, located about 10 minutes from the center of Como. Ideal for those who want to relax and enjoy a splendid view of Lake Como. Private parking and garden will be at your disposal.
The Space:
The apartment is located on the ground floor of a villa with private garden and parking. It consists of a large living room with sofa bed, dining area, double bedroom, kitchen and bathroom with shower/tub. all rooms overlook the lake. Wi-fi available throughout the house. Multi-level garden completely at your disposal, to relax and enjoy the view.
Guest Access:
The house is surrounded by greenery, equipped with every comfort and with an enchanting view. The large windows of the living room overlook the balcony that overlooks the beautiful garden and the lake. The apartment has an independent entrance.
The Neighborhood:
Quiet area, with little traffic just 10 minutes from the center of Como Beautiful views of the Lake.
Getting Around:
The parking is private, inside the villa. We recommend using the machine. Nearby, however, there are buses that lead to both Como and Bellagio. Como can be reached by car in 10 minutes.
