About the Place
This beachside apartment is located in Iberius Tower, one of the most emblematic towers known for its convenient location, only 5 minutes away from the beach. You can enjoy the sun, try water sports, go for boat trips, experience our wonderful cuisine or just have a drink in a bar facing the ocean and relax.
The Space:
This private condominium has a swimming pool for adults and another one for children that you can enjoy as you please. The apartment is comfortably oriented for 4 people: it has a suite with a queen size bed, wall closet and a full bathroom; a bedroom with two individual beds, wall closet, and full bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen with all amenities and a living room with a large sofa bed (fits an extra two adults). You also have at your disposal a big balcony, with a wonderful view over the village and the sea, where you can have your meals or simply enjoy a drink and relax.
Guest Access:
The building has a full-size pool and a kids pool that you have access to. You have one parking spot inside the garage. Interaction with Guests: The entire apartment will be only for you. For check-in, feel free to interact with us as much, or as little as you’d like. 🙂 we or a family member will be there to greet you.
The Neighborhood:
Our apartment is a short 5-minute walk to the main beach of Armação de Pêra. Just 5 minutes away by car you can get to some of the renowned best beaches in the world. There are restaurants, shops, and supermarkets within walking distance. There are theme parks just 10 minutes away by car (Zoomarine, …)
Getting Around:
We suggest you park the car in the garage and just walk around. Everything in town is just a short walk away (restaurants, bars, …).
Other Things to Note:
– 8th floor with elevator. – In Portugal, as well as in most European countries, all paid accommodation establishments need to record the stay and collect identification details from all foreign citizens, whether they are from the Member States of the European Union or Third Country Nationals, in order to communicate them within three days to the Immigration and Borders Services.
