About the Place
For sheer charm, it’s difficult to top Sylvan Sanctuary. The 3-bedroom chalet-style cabin features loft-level balconies in the front and the back as well as a sloped ceiling and luminous wood-planked walls and floors. Its wooded setting is like something out of a storybook, yet the pet-friendly cabin is just 5 minutes from the excitement and action of downtown Gatlinburg and 4 minutes from Ober Gatlinburg Mountain Top.
The Space:
Sylvan Sanctuary offers a private wooded getaway that has a lot to offer to those wishing to get away and relax! The living room features a wood burning fireplace for when Jack Frost has been nipping at your nose. For the warmer months, there is a backyard fire pit and standing charcoal grill for gatherings and festivities. There is a pool table located directly next to the living room for inside entertainment in case of inclement weather or as a nightcap to your event filled day. Don’t forget the spa on the back deck for soothing muscles after an exciting day of hiking or skiing!
Guest Access:
The entire property is accessible to all guests. There are two parking spots located in the parking lot of the convenience store at the base of the stairs that are reserved for the property.
Interaction with Guests:

The Neighborhood:
Located directly next to the property is a convenience store that has those key ingredients you may have forgotten or need more firewood. Don’t forget that it also makes incredible pizza in case you don’t feel like cooking in the fully furnished kitchen!
Other Things to Note:
The property, being under new ownership, is being constantly improved. Any feedback on how I can further improve the property will be greatly appreciated!
