Our apartment has one room with a queen bed, one bathroom and a living room with a sofa bed and an integrated kitchen. It is great for couples, solo travelers and business travelers. Our unit has contemporary Italian furniture and lovely home decor.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, a fridge, a dishwasher, and a microwave. The bedroom has a queen bed with a plasma TV. Its’ living room is wide but cozy and looking out the window you will be able to enjoy a lovely view of the Bicentennial Capitol Mall State Park.

Downtown Nashville has a wide variety of gastronomic, cultural, entertainment and architectural attractions. In the area of Broadway and 2nd Avenue, you can enjoy its’ nightlife: it is an area with many restaurants and nightclubs. The Legislative Plaza, Capitol Hill, and the Tennessee Bicentennial Mall are located on North of Broadway.
Our units are located 9.3 miles from Nashville’s International Airport, which represents 20 minutes by car. The fastest route is I-40 W. There are three major interstate highways that converge in the area, I-40, I-65, and I-24.
Many cities in the region are a day’s journey by car and several bus lines are very close to access different tourist attractions. To access the World War II Memorial or the Johnny Cash Museum and Coffee, you only need to take bus number 60, to go to the replica of the Parthenon, you can go to number 10 or number 50, and to reach the emblematic Centennial Park you only have to take bus nº5 or nº3.
