What’s Happening:
The 17th edition of Art Basel in Miami Beach has announced that 268 galleries—including 29 new exhibitors—from 34 countries will participate in December. Leading galleries from North America, Latin America, Europe, Asia and Africa show significant work from the masters of Modern and contemporary art, as well as the new generation of emerging stars. Paintings, sculptures, installations, photographs, films, and editioned works of the highest quality are on display in the main exhibition hall.
There are tons of parties taking place in Miami during Art Basel, so you should definitely check out what’s happening on the party scene when you come to town. Miami is a cosmopolitan city known for its clubs and nightlife.
And because it’s Miami Beach, you should definitely take some time enjoying the sun. Lay out on the beach. Play beach volleyball or soccer.
