This impeccably maintained Old World Rocky Mountain Hacienda was originally used as a summer and fall getaway just after WW2 by adventurers to the Rocky Mountains, who hunted big game by skiing and snowshoeing the 14,000+ feet peaks, valleys, creeks, lakes of the Mount Evans Wilderness Area and The Arapaho National Forest.

We have owned this beautiful historical Evergreen Colorado property since 1983 and have upgraded every detail for your comfort and expectations. PROPERTY RULES: No Outside fires due to forest fire danger. A gas grill is provided for outside cooking No Smoking inside residence No Gatherings (CELEBRATIONS of any kind-PARTIES) that involve more people than the sleeping capacity of the residence. BEDROOM #3 DESCRIPTION: Fine sheets, pillow cases and bedding. 2nd bedroom has privacy patio that looks out to the Wilderness.

Note the A-Frame/Chalet design has an upper level sleeping area that is divided into 2 sleeping areas each called a bedroom but only divided by the stairwell wall for visual privacy. There is no door between the 2 sleeping areas.
