If you are looking for a truly unique and fun experience, spend a few days or weeks months on our 40 ft mini-yacht, docked in the harbor. This home on water provides calm and peace. We provide all the comforts of home, with the added sighting of dolphins swimming by.  Two (2) Staterooms and 2 bathrooms, 1 mile from Madiera Beach and 2 miles from John’s Pass.

The Space: This is a Cruisers 375 Motor Yacht with 13’8″ beam and 40′ 10″ including the extended platform with a “surprisingly spacious interior” (per the manual). It has a full dinette and galley and a bathtub in the “aft” stateroom. There is a bathroom with shower outside of the forward stateroom. That is 2 staterooms. There is lots of light and headroom in the main cabin. We have both DISH and satellite TV.

Guest Access: Guests have access to the entire yacht home. Because the yacht is on the water and requires stepping from the dock onto the boat at high and low tide while the boat could be in motion rocking to the current, it is considered to have “Limited Accessibility” Interaction with Guests: We are nearby and love socializing with our guests, but allow our guests all the privacy they want.

The Neighborhood: Nestled in a residential community, but close by to local restaurants and night spots in beautiful Madeira Beach.

Getting Around: We provide one parking space out front. Uber or Lyft – private car driving services. It is really great, even when you have a car if you go out and can’t find parking in Madiera Beach, or want to hang out with friends and not be the designated driver.

Other Things to Note: We are a short bike ride to the beach. We do have 2 bicycles for rent. This can be reserved once you are booked. We also have a special wedding package and birthday/anniversary/special events packages.
